We’re excited to welcome you to Jalwa! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before your visit.

Dress Code

We maintain a Business Casual dress code to create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere.

  • Collared shirts, dress pants, skirts, and dresses are encouraged.
  • Neat denim is acceptable.
  • Please refrain from wearing athletic wear, excessively ripped clothing, flip-flops, or beach attire.

Reservations

Tables will be held for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If we are not notified in advance, the table will be released, and late arrivals will be added to our walk-in list.

Dining Time Limits:

  • Parties of 1-4 guests: 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • Parties of 5 or more guests: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Large Party Reservations

On Fridays and Saturdays:

  • Parties of 9-50 guests: $250 fee.
  • Parties larger than 15 guests: $500 fee.
  • Half or more of the party must be present before being seated.
  • A deposit or credit card hold may be required.
  • Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

Private Dining

  • We can accommodate up to 35 guests in our private dining space.
  • Food and beverage minimum: $1,500 + tax + 20% gratuity.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice will be considered no-shows.
  • No-show fee: $10 per person.

Gratuity

A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties of any size. Thank you for your understanding.

Cake Cutting

Guests who bring their own cake will be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee.

Additional Notes

  • Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved.
  • Please arrive on time; we may not be able to extend dining time for late arrivals.
